Cheesy Mexican Lasagna Recipe

Mexican Lasagne

 

My family loves Mexican night when I make lasagne with 44th Street Turkey Chili!

 

1 pk Small Tortillas

1 pk 44th Street Turkey Chili

1 1/2 Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 can refried beans

Chopped Tomatoes

Chopped Green Peppers 

Crunchy corn chips

 

Using a lasagne pan, layer tortillas, then chili, tortillas, then refried beans.

Sprinkle cheese after each layer.   Arrange tomatoes and green pepper on top.

Top with smashed corn chips.

Bake 30  minutes at 350 deg.

 

Easy and delicious!
