Ingredients (serves two)
1 package 44th Street Entrees Pot Roast
2 large hoagie or sub rolls
1 white onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 to 6 provolone cheese slices
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, Saute sliced onion and green bell pepper in hot olive oil until carmelized (about 7 minutes). Add the garlic, salt and pepper and cook for another 30 seconds. Add the thinly sliced 44th Street Entrees Pot Roast and mix together until beef is warm. Top the mixture with the cheese slices to melt. Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat and fill your hoagie or sub rolls with the mixture. (It helps if you hollow out some of the soft bread inside the roll to better hold the filling.) Enjoy!!
