Recipe title: Puff Pastry Pulled Pork
1 Pkg. of 44th ST Pulled Pork
Place in a rectangular casserole dish
Around the pulled pork include:
1 C. corn
1 C. green/yellow beans
1 C. green peppers
1 C. onions
Chop the above veggies as needed
Pour in 1/2 c. hot water around the veggies
Place over top a sheet of puff pastry - let it overlap the dish.
Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 30 min or until browned.
Take it out and SERVE
