44th Street Pulled Pork is the perfect start to this quick and easy to prepare meal. Ingredients:
2 cups of 44th Street Pulled Pork 3 ½ cups dry pasta (rotini works well) ½ cup water 2 green onions, sliced ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shreddedDirections:
Heat 44th Street Pulled Pork according to package instructions. Prepared pasta according to pack instructions. Drain. Remove pork from cooking tray and place in a large pot – big enough to hold the pork and pasta. Add water to pork mixture and simmer. When heated through, add cooked pasta and mix well. Serve topped with green onions and cheese.
