Ingredients:
1 package 44th Street Certified Angus Beef® Texas Style Steak Chili 12 mini white or red potatoes (pre boiled or microwaved until tender) 8 slices of bacon (crumbled) 1 cup cheddar cheese ½ cup sour cream (optional) 4 green onions (optional)Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Cut cooled potatoes in half and scoop out inside leaving about ¼ " shell Fill each cup with 1 tbsp of 44th Street Angus Beef® Texas Style Chili Top with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon Bake in oven for 10 min or until all items are heated through Once removed from oven top each with a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onionsTip: These can be made in advance and left in the fridge for up to 3 days before serving.
