44th Street is offering a prize to one randomly drawn individuals who enters during the entry period. Winner(s) will be notified by 44th Street typically within five (5) business days of the drawing through the email they used to sign up for their Rwardz account. Prize(s) will be fulfilled by 44th Street, and if you are a winner, 44th Street will use the shipping address you select for the promotion to fulfill your prize. A prize is typically shipped within two to three weeks of the drawing.

The odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of entries received.

You must be the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in Canada at the time of entry. You must have a rwardz.com account in order to enter. You must be a resident of Canada, with the exception of Quebec.

44th Street employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

By entering this giveaway, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents of Canada (with the exception of Quebec) are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their province of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of 44thStreet and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. 44th Street will award a prize to one (1)  individual who enters using the selection method identified below. The Landing Page will specify the prize, approximate retail value, and when the giveaways begins and ends (which may be sooner than the end dates and times provided depending on the available supply of prizes). Entrants who submit an eligible entry will be selected randomly to be potential winner(s). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

You must have a Rwardz account in order to enter or receive a prize. Prizes will be fulfilled by 44th Street or one of its affiliates. Each winner will be responsible for paying income taxes and any other expenses incurred. Each prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.

How to Enter. On the Landing page, create a Rwardz account and share something or someone you’re thankful for, as well as your favourite 44th Street entree, in the form of a picture and text. The winner will be notified through the email they used to sign up for their Rwardz account. 

If you are a winner, an e-mail notification will be sent to you and you will receive the prize at a specified mailing address.

Other Giveaways. By entering a giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.
