1 package 44th street SOUTHERN STYLE PULLED PORK IN SMOKEY & SWEET BBQ SAUCE
1 each red and green pepper julienned
2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
1 cup Thick ‘n Chunky salsa 1 onion sliced small
2 packages flour tortillas for burritos,
2 cups shredded Mexican-style taco cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
(8 oz) sour cream, if desired
Place package 44th street SOUTHERN STYLE PULLED PORK IN SMOKEY & SWEET BBQ SAUCE in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours. Remove pork from cooker. Stir in vegetables. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 30 minutes longer or until mixture is hot and vegetables are tender. Using a slotted spoon, place 1/2 cup meat mixture in each warm tortilla, Sprinkle with cheese.top with salsa and sour cream.
